Any reproduction, distribution, modification or use, in whole or in part, of these elements without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

4. Local data processing

The scanning (camera, image import) and code-generation features offered on FlashScan Pro run exclusively locally, in the user’s browser. No image, no video feed and no code content is uploaded, transmitted or stored on remote servers. The history is kept in the browser’s local storage, on the user’s device only.

5. Advertising and cookies

The site displays advertisements via Google AdSense, subject to the user’s consent through a consent management platform compliant with the TCF v2.2 framework. For more information on cookies, processed data and how to exercise your rights, please read ourPrivacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Content decoded from scanned QR codes or barcodes belongs to its respective authors; FlashScan Pro neither controls nor guarantees such content. Codes generated by the tool must be verified by the user before any production use (printing, distribution). TECHFLARE cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the site, nor for service interruptions attributable to the hosting provider or the network.

7. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts of the district of the publisher’s registered office (Melun, France), subject to mandatory legal rules applicable to consumers.
